If you are having difficulty accessing your learning, completing an activity, viewing a video, downloading a resource or accessing your certificate, Carers Link can help.

Problems accessing your course

If a course is missing from My Courses, you cannot open an activity, or something does not appear to be working correctly, please contact Carers Link for support.

Certificates and course completion

Your progress is recorded automatically as you complete the required learning activities. Certificates that have been issued to you can be viewed from the Your certificates section of your Dashboard.
